Privacy Policy

Latch & Hub ("we," "us") is published by Type 5 Marketing LLC. This policy explains what limited information we collect and how we use it. We keep this deliberately small because we collect deliberately little — this is a content site, not an account-based service.

Information we collect

• Contact form. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email, optional phone number and message you submit, solely to read and reply. It is delivered to us by email and not used for marketing.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful in aggregate — pages viewed, rough location, device type, and which outbound links get clicked. This is standard, aggregate web analytics; we do not try to identify you.
• No accounts. There is no login, no user account, and no store on this site, so we hold no passwords or payment details.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure usage. When you click an affiliate link to Amazon, Amazon may set its own cookie to attribute a purchase to us (see the affiliate disclosure). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

Third parties

The services that may process limited data on our behalf are Google (Analytics), Amazon (affiliate tracking and product data), Microsoft (which delivers our contact-form email via Microsoft Graph), and Vercel (our hosting provider, which logs standard request data). Each has its own privacy policy governing that data.

Your choices

You can browse without submitting anything. You can opt out of Google Analytics with a browser extension, block cookies, or email us to ask what contact-form data we hold about you and to have it deleted.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
